Caitlin Weber, Program Manager of the STEM Ambassador Program at the University of Utah, presents their program designed to train scientists to expand the reach of public engagement activities. Caitlin describes the process of developing an ‘impact identity’ to help ambassadors realize new engagement activities and to facilitate dialogue outside of traditional venues.
